Teaching Responsibilities and Research

        During my presence at Nisyros island as general private dentist, I taught prevention, a necessity of oral health at  Lyceum, Gymnasium, Elementary School, and Pre-Elementary school of Nisyros. I also invited every child and teenager at my office, to teach them these elements privately.At the same time I executed a private(non-published) research which later became a speech, and was presented at a 2-day Health Symposium in Symi island, Greece in September 2001, on the following topic: “An attempt to address the problem of dental decay among children and teenagers of Nisyros island, with respect to their dietary habits, their oral hygiene and the degree of their knowledge on its prevention and confrontation”.
